We guarantee that all products will work as advertised and we will aim to deliver your magic order as quickly as possible.

Here are some questions we frequently get asked.

Is it safe to order online?

Yes, we use Paypal for secure online credit and debit card payments. You do not need a Paypal account and your financial information is protected with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. Order with confidence, we have been selling magic since 1976.

How long do you take to deliver?

All orders are sent first class. We hold very good levels of stock and aim to send out your order as quickly as possible. This is usually within 48 hours.

How much is postage and packing?

A flat fee of £2.80 whatever your order size (UK only, overseas may be more depending on the country). This covers special padded packaging, postage and insurance.

Why do you charge postage and packing?

We want to be completely transparent and upfront about our charges. If we offered free postage this cost would only have to be added to our magic products. If you order is for £1 or £1000 then postage and packing is still only £2.80 anywhere in the UK.

Can I speak to somebody about a particular trick?

Yes, we have magicians on staff and will provide free assistance. Give us a call on 0117 9774 334 or send us an e-mail and we will do our best to help.

Can I return a magic trick?

Only in the unlikely event that the product is faulty. Part of price of the magic trick is for the secret so please choose carefully. This is for the good of magic as I am sure you will understand.

We will replace any faulty goods that are returned in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.
